Your account and data
Leaving Soldi?
You can request deletion of your Soldi account and associated private data. Soldi is operated by Naman Jain, Karnataka, India.
Delete from the app
- Sign in to Soldi.
- Open Settings > Privacy and data > Delete account.
- Read the explanation of what is deleted and what remains.
- Type DELETE and confirm. An internet connection is required.
The app blocks capture and synchronization while deletion is pending. If it cannot finish, it shows an error and a retry option. Once deletion and local cleanup finish, you are signed out.
Request deletion without the app
Proposed external request route: email namankhrj@gmail.com with the subject Soldi account deletion request. You do not need to reinstall the app to contact us.
We need to verify that you own the account before deleting it. Do not send an OTP, password, full bank/card details or identity documents in your initial email. Knowing a phone number alone is not proof of account ownership.
Opening an email draft does not submit a request or delete an account. You must send the email. If you do not use an email app, copy the address and subject into your email service.
What is removed
- Private synchronized financial records and account preferences.
- Registered push tokens and account-linked backend capture diagnostics.
- Direct account-profile identifiers, replaced where necessary by a detached internal reference.
- Local app data and saved sign-in session on the device completing the in-app deletion.
- Groups without other active registered participants.
What may remain
- Shared expenses, settlements, balances and history needed for other participants' ledgers. Your account link and participant phone number are removed, but your guest display name and information in shared descriptions may remain.
- Feedback detached from your account; its text may still contain identifying details you supplied.
- Copies or screenshots already held by other people, and data on other devices that have not been cleared.
- Records that must be retained for a specific legal obligation or justified dispute, and backup copies pending expiry.
Deletion does not settle or forgive recorded balances. Uninstalling the app, logging out or clearing only local storage does not delete your cloud account.
Timing and provider records
Not yet finalized: request completion period, backup-expiry period and retention criteria for shared records, feedback and logs.
Authentication-provider deletion and failure/retry handling must be verified before launch. This draft does not promise that all provider-held records are already erased by the in-app action.
For privacy questions, correction requests or concerns about retained shared information, contact namankhrj@gmail.com.
